What does musical composition mean to you?

There are a lot of people who make a living as a music composer by writing music that puts a lot of stress on them. Some music composers will continue to find out what kind of music is popular right now and try to hang on to it.

I have discovered ways of doing things as a music composer:

1. Listen to a lot of songs and try to compose the same kind of music. By listening to songs, reading and feeling what kind of music will be popular in the near future.

2. Be yourself and compose the music that you like yourself in and hope that others who listen to it will feel the same.
I feel satisfied and happy to be inspired enough to be a music composer and I feel that the process of composing music involves me going as far as I can and allows me to understand myself better.

Composing music can be a very interesting activity. The level of originality depends on how you compose your music. It helps the creative parts of the brain and the calculus parts to be activated together.

Let me share some tips from my own music composition experience:

1. Take your instrument with you, start singing or humming without any expectation of creating something exceptional. Allow yourself to move away from the calculating parts of your brain, with imagination and creativity you will create brilliant music.

2. Limit your creativity by using chord progression.

3. Record yourself as you play your instruments and hum. Listen to what you have recorded and make any adjustments. It will help you make music much brighter.

Sometimes you may feel that you are not able to compose music like the other composer. Different composers have their own way of composing. So never follow them, be in yours.
