Tip 1 – How to play with a scratched / damaged disc!

As many gamers have come across, broken or scratched records can be a real pain. Whether you bump into your console while it is running or simply from normal wear and tear, these scratches can cause your game to stop working! Now if you’re anything like me you’ll really enjoy this tip I’m about to share with you.

Once your record is broken, it may seem unnecessary, but that’s not true! So here’s my advice for repairing your scratched records!

So that’s how it is done. When you have your broken disc, you will need to find a place where you can borrow another copy of the same game. Whether it is from a friend, or even from Blockbuster or similar companies (Redbox, Gamefly, etc.). that you have obtained the additional copy, you will save it to your hard drive. This can be done through the Xbox Dashboard and tapping on Save Game to Hard Drive or something like that. After doing this, you are done with the spare drive.

After that, you’re pretty much done! It’s that easy, now all you have to do to use your striped is put it in your Xbox. Your broken disc will now work!

But, how can you ask?

It works because when you tried to use your broken disk for the first time, too much of the data would be inaccessible due to the damage. But, now that you have saved it on your hard drive, all the data that was previously inaccessible can now be recovered on the hard drive.

Tip 2 – How to listen to music from your Ipod on your Xbox!

Although it sounds simple enough, Apple and Microsoft are not really friends. So Microsoft is making it as low-key as possible that you can use its biggest competitive product on its console.

To do this, you must first go to the Xbox Live Marketplace. After that, go to a download called “Optional Ipod Support”. This download is free and very useful! After downloading, you will be able to listen to your favorite music while you play your games. To access the iPod supported media section, simply scroll down to “Media” on your Xbox dashboard and an icon will appear for the new app you downloaded. It is done!
