Strat Me Up is available in streaming and download
You know how some people use to say that Rock music is electronic music and that it depends entirely on electronic circuitry and amplification. You feel the vibe, distortion and blazing effects of the instruments right into your soul.
Well, that’s the definition of “Strat Me Up”
After the successful release of “The Secret Room Sessions,” Strat Me Up is the second album I released this year. The first one regrouped my jazz fusion compositions while this one features my instrumental rock work.
Strat Me Up blends songs I wrote over the last ten years with new pieces composed using old ideas or riffs I had written since the night of time or tunes created 100% during the recording session.
The Album features 12 of my Rock instrumental compositions recorded. You’d find songs like the stylish hardcore rock effect guitar track “Strat Me Up,” the track “Even and Odd” with the off-timing slipped expressively into the beats, and also the rhythmic strange movement in “Encore.”All of these and much more gives the album a buzzing and ethereal feeling.
As I already mentioned in the review of The Secret Room Sessions, all the songs are available for free on YouTube, but YouTube compresses the sound so much that it changes completely the mix and render a terrible audio.
My signing up to Distrokid allows me to distribute my music on almost every online music store available out there. If you are a member of one of them, you can listen to my albums in streaming for free, but if you want to download a song you like or the entire album to listen to it offline, you can do it for a small amount of money. Otherwise, you can enjoy my music in streaming in high audio quality for the price of your monthly registration.
I uploaded my songs in wave files, either at Distrokid or Bandcamp. That way, you’ll get a much better quality in your sound system or headphones than Youtube.
I made a promo video where you can hear excerpts of each song featured on the album.
Strat Me Up is available in music stores online such as Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Amazon, Deezer, Tidal, YouTube Music, Microsoft Groove, Pandora, Shazam, MediaNet and 150+ smaller outlets
